Seeders did the research: from favourite positions to exciting fetishes and our most watched porn.
Sex can be experienced in countless ways, and everyone has their own preferences. But what really gets Brits going? According to the latest data, the 69 position takes the lead. Standing sex and the classic missionary follow closely, along with doggy style. Rounding out the list is the sensual lotus position. Based on search behaviour, here are the UK’s top 5:

What we enjoy in bed differs per country, and this is clearly reflected in the numbers. Germans and Americans are crazy about the 69 position, while it's not even in the top 3 in Italy and the Netherlands. One thing that stands out: in almost all countries surveyed, the missionary position remains a favourite. Only the French deviate—they search en masse for doggy style. This results in increased sexual energy, making us crave sex more during the summer. Search terms such as "sex," "sex positions," "porn sites," and "sex toys" also spike in the warmer months, confirming this heightened sex drive. The exposure to bare skin, vacations, and the freedom summer brings makes us more relaxed, further fuelling our desire for sex.

This research was conducted using keyword data from Ahrefs. We searched for various keywords related to the topic and based the analysis on those findings. Google Keyword Planner and Ahrefs were consulted between September 2024 and the end of May 2025.
