Purchase terms - Publisher agreement

The Publisher agrees to write and/or place articles on the websites agreed upon in the assignment. These articles must meet the following conditions:

1. Articles shall be placed according to the standard layout and style of the website and under an existing category.
2. The article has to have enough content (min. 500 words) and must contain at least one relevant image.
3. All content must pass a plagiarism check and must not be generated solely by AI without significant human editing/oversight to ensure it meets Google's "Helpful Content" standards. 
4. The heading structure must be applied correctly according to standard SEO guidelines.
5. The agreed links to the agreed URLs should be included in the article in a logical way and should be placed in the first part of the article within the anchor text as specified in the assignment.
6. When 2 links to our client are requested, those cannot be too close to each other in the article. Preferably, they should be in different paragraphs or, at least, in different sentences. 
7. Articles may not contain any mention of sponsorship or advertising, like "sponsored content" or anything similar, nor may the link be marked as sponsored.
8. The published articles and links have to be permanent, the article URL indexable by Google and a minimum of 1 year online
9. The link should be indexable and cannot be marked as no-follow. 
10. Publisher is responsible for compliance with legislation and legal requirements for the content that is being published.

• The Publisher maintains a payment term of 30 days after the invoice date, provided the invoice has been approved.
• The invoice must contain the following information:
• Correct assignment details and the Publisher's business details, including contact information.

• The correct PO numbers provided at the time of the assignment. Without this PO number, the Client cannot process the invoice.

By accepting an assignment, the Publisher automatically agrees to the terms set forth above. These terms will be presented to the Publisher with every individual assignment.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Publisher and Seeders regarding the purchase of services and replaces all previous oral or written agreements and communications. Any changes to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
