What you'll do on a daily basis

As a Junior Online Marketer in the publishing department at Seeders, you’ll primarily focus on building backlinks and publishing articles across various websites and platforms, helping to strengthen our clients’ backlink profiles. Most of your time will be spent coordinating blog articles and managing relationships with writers and publishers. Are you a detective at heart? Perfect! You’ll search for relevant domains tailored to your clients’ needs.

You’ll also support your Client Manager in developing strategies and setting up SEO campaigns for a highly diverse client portfolio. Together, you’ll analyze whether a strategy shift or change in focus might be beneficial, drawing conclusions from monthly reports, client rankings, or in-depth analyses.

You enjoy discovering new blogs and websites. You’ll create schedules, regularly review blogs, and coordinate with publishers. You’ll also keep clients excited about their results and maintain close communication with both clients and publishers about ongoing developments. Independent and proactive, you’re eager to take initiative and enjoy working with a young, dynamic team.

What the job requires

Experience in link building, SEO, or online marketing is not a requirement—we provide thorough internal training. Curiosity, proactivity, a commercial mindset, and a strong team spirit are far more important to us! Since you’ll be working directly with clients, it’s essential that you enjoy establishing and maintaining client relationships. With regular client contact, we ask that you’re available for at least 32 to 40 hours per week and are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English.

As a Junior Online Marketer (Junior Link Builder), you won’t be working alone—you’ll be part of a young and friendly team, collaborating regularly. Our office is based in Zwolle, so ideally, you live within a 50 km radius for convenient access to the office. Finally, at Seeders, we highly value initiative and enthusiasm. This way, you’ll quickly learn all the ins and outs of the role!
