Rosa has a strong background in operational management and administrative support, with experience in keeping fast-paced organisations running smoothly. Earlier in her career, she worked as an event coordinator, planning and managing festivals and large-scale events, which shaped her skills in coordination, logistics, and maintaining an overview in complex situations. Before joining Seeders, she further developed her expertise in streamlining internal processes and supporting diverse teams. Now based in the Seeders office in Denmark, Rosa handles the agency’s day-to-day operations, from HR administration to financial workflows, ensuring the team have the structure they need to succeed.
